Warranty Policy

Horizontal Blade Cracks: In most cases, a horizontal crack across the blade is treated as severe storm/stress damage and qualifies for a full bat replacement.

Exclusions: The warranty is void if the bat shows evidence of customer misuse, including:

Excessive or improper oiling

Unauthorized threading, binding, or structural modifications

Playing with low-quality, hard synthetic, or wet balls

Damage resulting from lack of basic maintenance or improper storage

Warranty Claims: To request a replacement, submit your proof of purchase along with clear photo and video evidence of the damage prior to any self-repair attempts.

Return & Replacement Policy
