Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

1. Event Tickets & Passes
* Organiser Discretion: All ticket sales, cancellations, reschedules, or refund requests for sports events, tournaments, or passes are governed solely and wholly by the respective event organizer's policy.
* Final Sales: AN SPORTS acts solely as a ticketing partner/vendor; unless explicitly authorized by the event organizer, all ticket purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

2. Pre-Orders & Special Orders
* Advance Deposit: All pre-orders require a 50% advance deposit at the time of booking to secure your product allocation.
* Cancellation by Customer: The 50% advance deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your pre-order prior to dispatch, as stock and production resources are specifically allocated upon booking.
* Non-Fulfillment Guarantee: If AN SPORTS is unable to fulfill or supply your pre-ordered item within the committed delivery timeframe, your 50% advance deposit will be refunded in full (100%).
* Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be settled prior to or upon dispatch, depending on the payment method agreed upon at checkout.
* Cancellation After Dispatch: Once a pre-ordered item has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled mid-transit. Upon delivery, the order is governed by our standard Return & Replacement Policy (7 days for size/voluntary exchanges; 14 days for statutory defect/damage claims).
